Holly Sonders is an American media personality, golf player and social media star, she is known for her participation in various golf tournaments. She also worked as a sports journalist working on Morning Drive and even on Fox Sports.

Prior to signing a deal with Fox Sports in 2015, Sonders spent five years as the face of Morning Drive on the Golf Channel. According to Golfweek, she was hired to oversee Fox Sports’ newly acquired USGA coverage alongside Greg Norman, who was fired after one season.
She had a successful career as a journalist and golfer. She sustained a knee injury while playing collegiate golf, requiring surgery. Her journalism career assisted her in making the switch from actively playing golf to broadcasting because she was unable to play as she used to.
She aspired to become a journalist for the Golf Channel. She joined Little Rock as a broadcaster, then in 2011, after gaining the required expertise, she was hired by Golf Channel.
Sonders headed toward a fresh bag of opportunities when she became featured on KATV in Little Rock as she got farther along in her days following surgery.
She then started reporting on homicides and tornadoes, which is how she got her OJT. Without wasting much time, she moved to Columbus, Ohio’s WBNS-10 TV after experiencing the flow of broadcast journalism.
Sonders covered the USGA championship, U.S. Opens, and U.S. Women’s Opens for the sports network. In 2018, Sonders announced her retirement from golf and her switch to one of Fox Sports’ college football studio telecasts.
