Together with Justin Timberlake, Oza made an early investment in Bai Brands and worked to convince the Dr Pepper Snapple Group to acquire it for $1.7 billion. Additionally, he has supported Health-Ade Kombucha, Bulletproof Coffee, and Smartwater.

Oza departed The Coca-Cola Company to launch a successful career in venture capital, which led to the 2016 co-founding of CAVU Venture Partners. After generating more than $156 million for their first fund in just four months and another $210 million in less than a month for their second fund, CAVU has quickly established itself as one of the CPG industry’s fastest-growing venture funds.
Oza has created a portfolio of highly disruptive companies, including Vita Coco, popchips, Flywheel Spinning Studios, WTRMLN WTR, Chef’s Cut Real Jerky (the fastest-growing jerky in the nation), Sir Kensington’s (sold to Unilever in 2017), and his most recent success, Bai Brands (sold to DPSG for $1.7 billion in 2017). He continues to use his uncanny ability to identify the brands of tomorrow at an early stage.
