Before joining CNN, Kosik worked as an investigative reporter for Bloomberg News and WCBS-TV in New York. Kosik formerly worked as a reporter/anchor for the Sinclair Broadcast Group in Washington, DC, and as a reporter for Hearst-Argyle Television in Washington, DC, before joining WCBS. She covered the energy sector, energy policy, and the politics of the energy industry from the nation’s capital as a Capitol Hill Correspondent for EnergyNewsLive.com.
Kosik worked as a reporter and fill-in anchor for WPEC-TV/WFLX-TV in West Palm Beach, Florida, after starting her career as a reporter/anchor at KZTV-TV and KRIS-TV in Corpus Christi, Texas. In 2001, she received a Scripps Howard New Media Fellowship from Columbia University.
