Amy Freeze is an American journalist, she is currently working at for weather as an anchor. before she joined the network she worked at WABC-TV in New York City as a weekend meteorologist. Freeze joined the Fox network in 2021.

Freeze was previously the first female Chief Meteorologist in Chicago, IL, while working at the FOX-owned and operated station WFLD-TV. She previously worked as a meteorologist and co-host of the daily live program 10! for NBC owned station WCAU-TV in Philadelphia, as well as a meteorologist and morning show co-host for ABC owned station KMGH-TV in Denver, CO.
