Kelley began working for AfterBuzz TV in 2012. She appeared as a panelist on WWE’s Monday Night Raw, NXT, and ABC’s The Bachelor recap shows. In 2013, she started hosting a podcast called “Chatting with Cathy,” in which she interviewed celebrities, social influencers, and network friends.
She joined WWE in February 2016 as an NXT and special events correspondent. She made her official WWE debut on April 1, 2016, during the NXT Takeover: Dallas pre-show. She hosted WWE Now, a show that airs on WWE’s social media platforms and official website and covers stories, breaking news, previews of upcoming Raw and SmackDown episodes, and event recaps.
Kelley made her official television debut on September 25, 2019, during an episode of NXT. She also appeared as a correspondent on SmackDown on November 1, 2019, after the majority of the WWE roster was stuck overseas. Kelley announced her departure from WWE on social media on February 13, 2020. Her last day with the company was February 16 at NXT TakeOver: Portland.
WWE announced Kelley’s return to the company as a backstage interviewer on the Raw brand on October 6, 2022.
