Delcamp worked in the media before joining NBC 10 Boston. She began her career as a reporter and anchor at WESCO-AM/WAVE-FM in Southbridge, MA. She eventually worked as a producer and reporter for WGMC-TV in Worcester, Massachusetts. This led to her next job as a producer, news anchor, and reporter for WBNG-TV in Binghamton, NY.
She was transferred to WJZ-TV Baltimore shortly after, where she stayed for four years before being transferred to WHDH-TV in Boston.
