McCullough started off as a volunteer radio host for Wandsworth Radio. Beginning in May 2018, McCullough started sharing the stage with Emma Goswell on Gaydio in the afternoon. They discussed contemporary LGBTQ+ topics on their show. Up until 2021, McCullough and Goswell continued to host the Gaydio breakfast program.
