Elle Duncan is an American sports journalist, she is currently working at ESPN as a sports anchor. Before joining the sports network she worked at New England Sports Network in Boston. Duncan later joined ESPN in 2014.

Duncan began her career in Atlanta as an intern for the 2 Live Stews, a 790/The Zone-syndicated sports talk radio show.After a year, Atlanta host Ryan Cameron hired her to join the Ryan Cameron Show on V-103. Her responsibilities there included traffic reporter and on-air personality.
Duncan joined NESN in 2014 as an anchor, reporter, and host. She began co-hosting NESN Live Presented by Cross Insurance with Sarah Davis. The show includes updates from NESN reporters as well as game-day analysis.
She has also worked as a sideline reporter for the Boston Red Sox and hosted coverage of Super Bowl XLIX between the New England Patriots and the Seattle Seahawks from Glendale, Arizona.
Duncan joined ESPN in May 2016 as an anchor for SportsCenter, the network’s flagship news and information program. She was named co-host of a new weekly radio show The Intersection with Clinton Yates of ESPN’s The Undefeated in June 2020. The two-hour program included in-depth discussions that continued the dialogue about the impact of social justice on sports and society.
Prior to joining NESN in early 2014, the Atlanta native worked in a variety of on-air roles on both television and radio in her hometown, including as a sports anchor and reporter for WXIA-TV, Atlanta’s NBC-TV affiliate, from 2012 to 2014. She spent six years as a sideline reporter for the NBA’s Atlanta Hawks and two years as a field reporter for Comcast Sports South covering SEC and ACC football.
