Griffin has reported from Israel for FNC while she has worked there. She reported live from Phuket and Khao Lak, Thailand, during the South-East Asia tsunami tragedy and covered the Palestinian Intifada from 2000 to 2007 while providing on-the-ground coverage. She covered the Israeli-Palestinian conflict, several suicide bombings, military invasions, and unsuccessful peace negotiations from her headquarters in Jerusalem.
