For more than two decades, she has covered the biggest stars on the largest platforms, including more than ten Super Bowls, two Olympics, numerous NBA Finals, World Series, and MLB All-Star Games.
Laura covered the AFC for FOX Sports throughout the 2018–2019 divisional playoffs. Additionally, she offers analysis for the NFL playoffs as well as Westwood One’s national radio games on Thursday and Monday nights. Okmin has hosted three national FSN shows, served as a feature reporter, and covered the Orange and Fiesta BCS Bowl Games in addition to hosting FOXSports.com’s coverage of the London 2012 Summer Olympics and the Sochi 2014 Winter Games.
Previously, Okmin worked for TNT/TBS Sports, where she reported on the NBA Playoffs and presented coverage of the Braves and Thrashers. She worked at CNN for five years , serving as a reporter and host for the network’s top sports programs, “CNN Early Edition,” “CNN Morning News,” “Page One,” and “NBA Today.” These programs were all simultaneously broadcast on CNN and CNNSI.
