Maya Jama is a British media personallity and radio DJ, she is known for being the host of Love Island All Stars. She has also presented a number of reality series  BBC One’s Peter Crouch: Save Our Summer and  Glow Up: Britain’s Next Make-Up Star.

Joining Radio 1 in 2018, she hosted “Radio 1’s Greatest Hits” on Saturdays and co-hosted Fridays with Scott Mills and Chris Stark. Her eponymous program, “Maya Jama,” aired on BBC Radio 1 from 2018 to 2020.

Diversifying her portfolio, Jama ventured into podcasting, co-hosting “When Life Gives You Melons” with Freya in 2018. The podcast, exploring topics of work, love, and life, featured insightful interviews with all-female guests. Additionally, she made her mark in the fashion industry with the launch of a popular apparel line in collaboration with PrettyLittleThing in June 2018, followed by a repeat in February 2019.

Beyond media and fashion, Jama assumed ambassadorship for Aussie, an Australian hair care brand, and played a prominent role in the European JD Sports Christmas campaign. Her multifaceted career reflects a remarkable journey in the world of entertainment and beyond.
