In 2017, his second full season, he worked alongside analyst Chris Spielman and play-by-play announcer Thom Brennaman to cover the NFL sidelines for FOX Sports. He frequently participates to the FS1 studio programs SPEAK FOR YOURSELF and THE HERD WITH COLIN COWHERD. Through 2017, Schrager worked as an NFL columnist for FOXSports.com.
Schrager joined FOX Sports in 2006 as a sports correspondent covering national stories for FOXSports.com and Fox News Channel. His responsibilities at Fox News Channel grew in 2009, and he started appearing every week on Sunday nights with Harris Faulkner on “FOX Report” to talk about the sports weekend.

Along with his work for FOX Sports, Schrager also contributed editorially to “Inside the NFL” on Showtime, for which he was recognized with a Sports Emmy in 2013 for Outstanding Studio Show – Weekly. As a talented novelist, Schrager has co-authored two novels, including the New York Times Best Seller “Out of the Blue” (2012) with Victor Cruz and “Strength of a Champion” (2013) with OJ Brigance.
Schrager also frequently contributes to GQ, where he profiles sportsmen like Steve Nash, DeMarcus Ware, and Ndamukong Suh. Prior to joining FOX Sports, Schrager was a contributor to ESPN.com and hosted “Good Morning Football” on the NFL Network each weekday.
