At Bloomberg News, where she worked for nine years before to joining FBN, Riggs co-anchored a daily program on Bloomberg Television that covered stocks, bonds, currencies, and commodities. She also served as the head of Bloomberg’s cross-asset market coverage and as a correspondent for municipal bonds.
Earlier in her career, Riggs covered municipal bond buy-side investors and sell-side analysts as a markets reporter for The Bond Buyer.
At the Carey Business School at Johns Hopkins University, Riggs also obtained a Master’s degree in Finance. She is currently a law student at New York Law School. Notably, she finished levels 1, 2, and 3 of the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) program in 2015.
Previously, she worked as an editor for Bloomberg Brief: Municipal Market, a daily print journal that covers municipal debt. She worked as a markets writer for The Bond Buyer, a daily print trade journal that covered municipal bond buy-side investors and sell-side analysts, prior to joining Bloomberg LP.
