Isa Guha Biography
Isa Guha is a British cricket commentator, she is also a radio and television cricket broadcaster. Guha participated in the 2005 and 2009 cricket World Cup having also played domestic cricket for Thames Valley and Berkshire.

Guha is a commentator for Test Match Special and writes a column for the BBC Sport website. As a co-presenter of ITV4’s coverage of the Indian Premier League, she joined ITV Sport in April 2012.
Guha participated in the first Triple M radio Test cricket commentary team in Australia in 2016. She worked as a commentator for Fox Cricket’s coverage of Australian cricket in 2018 and for Sky Sports’ commentary of the England/Pakistan Test matches.
She also participated in the 2019 Cricket World Cup commentary team. She served as the primary host of a brand-new BBC TV Test and ODI highlights show in 2020. Guha began working as a presenter for the BBC’s coverage of the Wimbledon Championships in 2023.
During India’s 2002 trip, Guha made her Test debut against them at the age of 17. Guha participated in the 2002 Women’s Tri-Series as a part of the same trip and did well, taking three wickets in England’s defeat to New Zealand in the final. Hers was the first instance of an Indian woman playing for England.
Guha received the BBC Asian Network Sports Personality of the Year award in 2002. In 44 One-Day Internationals, her greatest bowling performance was the 5 for 14 against the West Indies in 2008. On March 9, 2012, she announced her retirement from international cricket, however she continued to play county cricket for Berkshire.
