Marysol Castro is an American journalist and public announcer, she is known for working at WPIX as a correspondent on the morning news. She is also a public address announcer at Citi Field, home of the New York Mets.

Castro co-hosts New York Living, a lifestyle program that airs Monday through Friday from 10 to 11 a.m. on PIX11. She regularly contributes as a correspondent to the PIX11 Morning News. When the PIX11 Morning News first debuted in 2001, Marysol worked there as the traffic reporter. In 2013, she returned as an anchor.
She worked as a general assignment correspondent for WPIX in New York prior to joining ABC News. She was a reporter for News 12, a Bronx-based cable news network. She temporarily served as an English teacher at Poly Prep Country Day School in Brooklyn. GMA Weekend was departed by Castro in September 2010.
Dave Price was replaced by Castro as The Early Show’s weekday weather forecaster on CBS. She made the decision to resign from her position as weather anchor effective immediately on September 2, 2011. She began hosting Premier Boxing Champions on ESPN in July 2015.
On May 30, 2018, Castro was named Citi Field’s public address announcer, taking Alex Anthony’s place. She and Colin Cosell both do PA duties. On May 31, 2018, Castro played in his first game against the Chicago Cubs.
