Michelle Beadle Biography
Michelle Beadle is an American sports journalist and host, she is known for working as a San Antonio Spurs broadcast team. She previously worked as the co-host of the ESPN morning sports show Get Up!, the co-host of SportsNation on ESPN2.

Beadle, with the help of her father, began her professional career as a San Antonio Spurs intern before being given the opportunity to try out as a reporter. She also began her career as a Big Game Hunters host at Fox Sports Net.
Beadle transferred to TNN in 2002 to cover the Professional Bull Riders’ (PBR) Bud Light Cup tour as a “behind-the-chutes” sideline reporter.
Beadle then hosted the program Get Packing on the Travel Channel. Then she hosted a program for Cathedrals of the Game, a magazine show produced by Major League Baseball Productions.
She also covered Nets basketball games from the sidelines, co-hosted Kids on Deck and Sportslife NYC, and hosted YES’ Ultimate Road Trip.
Beadle joined ESPN on June 1, 2009, and on July 6, 2009, SportsNation, which he co-hosted with Colin Cowherd, debuted on ESPN2. Out of 142 applicants, Beadle was one of the last to try out for SportsNation. She received a callback from ESPN, who asked her to write about what she would do to improve the program.
While at TNN, Beadle also freelanced as a correspondent for ESPN’s Titan Games prior to co-hosting SportsNation.
She made the decision to leave ESPN for the NBC family of networks on May 22, 2012, with the intention of working mostly as a host on NBC Sports Network and a correspondent on Access Hollywood. She served as the morning studio host for NBC Sports Network’s coverage of the 2012 London Olympics.
On March 3, 2014, Beadle made a comeback to ESPN by co-hosting SportsNation. As part of a deal between the two media firms that included Ryder Cup coverage and Olympics highlight rights, she was let out of her NBC contract early.
NBA Countdown was first presented by Beadle in 2016. Along with Jalen Rose and Mike Greenberg, she started co-hosting the morning sports program Get Up! on ESPN in April 2018.
