Ryan Henry is an American tattoo artist and reality tv star, he is known for his appearance on the reality series Black Ink Crew Chicago. He is also the owner of the shop 9Mag.

Miya Bailey, a well-known tattoo artist, noticed Henry in 2009. Bailey chose to take Henry under her wing as his mentor, which he gladly accepted. In 2013, Henry opened his tattoo shop, 9Mag, after learning from Bailey.
Later, he appears in the VH1 spin-off show “Black Ink Crew: Chicago,” which premiered in late 2015. Between 2015 and 2021, Henry appears in 17 episodes. He appeared in the 2019 reality show “Tattoo Tales.” The show premiered in October of 2019. In 2022, Henry began working on his 9Mag merchandise.
He opened his 9Mag store in memory of his sister Nova and her 10-month-old niece Ava, who were tragically murdered in 2009 by Nova’s ex-boyfriend Fredrick Goings.
