Sally Bowrey is an Australian journalist, she is known for working as a reporter for Seven News, a news presenter on Weekend Sunrise, and a weather presenter on Seven News Brisbane.

She received a promotion to weather presenter for Seven News in Brisbane during the weeknights in 2005. However, Cummins was only given weekend responsibilities as the bulletin continued to perform poorly in the ratings, falling behind Nine News Queensland and Ten News Brisbane.
Starting in February 2007, John Schluter, a former Nine weatherman, took Cummins’ place on weeknights. She occasionally stepped in for Kay McGrath or Sharyn Ghidella while they were away or unwell for the neighborhood Brisbane newspaper.
Cummins began working for Weekend Sunrise in June 2007 as a Sunday morning newscaster. She maintained the role until July 2008, when Sharyn Ghidella took it. She relocated to Sydney in 2011 and now works for Seven News Sydney as a reporter and a substitute presenter for Seven Morning News and Seven Afternoon News.
Jessica Rowe was replaced as the Weekend Sunrise newscaster by Cummins in January 2014. Cummins held the position until September 2016, when she left for maternity leave. The Seven Network fired Cummins while she was on maternity leave, it was revealed in January 2017. Cummins occasionally reads the news on Triple M Sydney.
