Sara Walsh is a well-known American journalist, she is currently working at Fox Sports. She joined the station in 2018 as an NHL sideline reporter. Walsh, a four-time Emmy winner, hosted ESPN from 2010 to 2017, including seven years as a “SportsCenter” anchor.

Walsh is the first female to host a Sunday network fantasy football show, “Fantasy Football Now,” which won numerous awards, including “Best Fantasy Sports Video Content” from the Fantasy Sports Trade Association.
Walsh was the weekend sports anchor at WUSA-TV, the CBS affiliate in Washington, D.C., before joining ESPN. She was also the station’s Washington Football Team reporter. She worked as a sports reporter for WKRN-TV in Nashville and co-hosted “Monday Night Live” with Coach Jeff Fisher from 2003 to 2006. While in Nashville, Walsh won four regional Emmy Awards in three years.
From 2001 to 2003, she worked as the sports director at WPGA-TV in Macon, Georgia. Prior to joining the television industry, she worked as a sportswriter for the “Beaches Leader” in Jacksonville, Florida. Walsh grew up in Tampa, Florida, and earned a Bachelor of Arts in communications from the University of North Florida in 1999. She holds the record for most goals and points in a game at her university.
Walsh was a three-sport star at Gulf High School in New Port Richey, Fla., where he also played volleyball and ran track. She holds the 100-meter hurdles school record.
