Sarah Jane Mee is an English journalist, she is known for working at Sky News as a presenter and also being the anchor of The Sarah-Jane Mee Show. She fronts Sky Sports flagship Premier League show Saturday Night Football every weekend.

She began working for ITV Central in October 2002, first presenting sports on Central News West and then the main news program. Soccer Monday, a pan-regional program, was also hosted by her. She then became the face of sport for ITV in the Midlands.
As well as presenting on the six o’clock news programme Central Tonight most evenings as Main and Sports Presenter, she was the main presenter of ITV Central’s popular weekly Central Soccer Night show. She co-hosted the ITV Central and London football programme Hancock’s Half-Time, along with Nick Hancock.
After Hancock left, the program was renamed Central Soccer Night, and Mee and Stan Collymore, a former striker for Nottingham Forest, Aston Villa, Liverpool, and Leicester, hosted the program through 2007. Along with Mike Brewer and Edd China, she co-hosted ITV’s Pulling Power for its most recent season.
In 2006, she started her radio career by filling in for Hellon Wheels on the Ed James Breakfast Show on 100.7 Heart FM while Hellon was pregnant. She returned to the program as a regular host in January 2007 following a fruitful three-month appearance on the program during the summer of 2006.
She would leave Central Television and Heart FM to re-join Sky Sports, it was revealed in January 2008. She departed Central in January and gave her final Heart performance in March. Mee and Richard Keys joined the Wednesday night UEFA Champions League team on Sky Sports. Mee has co-hosted Cricket AM on Sky Sports since May 2009. She began hosting What’s The Story, a brand-new weekly program on Sky Sports, in August 2013.
For the Sky Sports program Riding The Dales, Mee cycled the 190 km leg of the upcoming Tour de France from Leeds to Harrogate in June 2014. Since October 2019, Sarah-Jane has been hosting The Sarah-Jane Mee Show on Sky News from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. on Monday through Thursday.

Sarah-Jane is currently a regular solo anchor for Sky News and routinely breaks news live on television. She was the first to report on Margaret Thatcher’s passing in 2013, participated in the broadcast of the 2015 General Election, and covered the 2016 presidential election live.
Sarah-Jane took part in the five-month journey from scratch to the Tour de France in the television documentary series Riding the Dales. She underwent a strenuous training regimen with other TV personalities and finished the opening stage of the Tour de France—a 190-kilometer course through the Yorkshire Dales—weeks before the professional cyclists.
