Danielle reported from the Black Forest Fire during some of her first days on the air, tracking weather conditions during the state’s most destructive wildfire in history. Only a few months later, she was working around the clock to cover the devastating flooding along the Front Range. She’s also been keeping a close eye on the epic snowstorms that have pounded the High Country.
Danielle previously forecasted, anchored, and reported for KREM-TV in Spokane, Washington. She enjoyed doing everything and not knowing where the day would take her.
Danielle’s career began many years ago in the small town of Idaho Falls. She crammed her belongings into the back of her SUV and drove through a blizzard to begin her first on-air job at KIFI-TV. The weather was unlike anything this California girl had ever experienced. Danielle discovered her passion for predicting Mother Nature while tracking subzero temperatures and powerful thunderstorms.
During college, she interned at the local NBC affiliate, KSBY-TV, where she learned the ins and outs of the business. Later, she returned to her studies in meteorology at Mississippi State University. Danielle has earned her NWA Seal and is now a certified meteorologist.
