Pasquarella has received four New York Emmys® for her work as part of NBC 4 New York’s team coverage of the 2016 Dallas Police attacks, the 2016 Hoboken rail crash, and the 2017 Bronx Lebanon Hospital shooting.
She comes to NBC 4 from WSOC-TV in Charlotte, where she co-anchored the weekday 5:30 and 10 p.m. newscasts. Pasquarella began her career as a news anchor, reporter, and producer at WTOV-TV in her hometown of Steubenville, Ohio. Pasquarella, a Kent State University graduate, interned at NY1 News in New York City.
Pasquarella worked at WSOC and produced several in-depth investigative stories about the rise of human trafficking and the use of black-tar heroin. Pasquarella was recognized by the West Virginia Associated Press for an investigative report on sex offenders voting in public schools.
Pasquarella visited Washington, D.C. in 2011 to interview President Barack Obama about local-international trade issues. Pasquarella co-anchored live political coverage of the Democratic National Convention in Charlotte, North Carolina the following year.
