Julian Sadur WMDT
Sadur is the host of Foodie Friday and the Weeknight Evening Anchor! He couldn’t have asked for a greater location in news as a native Marylander than Delmarva. During his time at 47 ABC, he was lucky enough to meet life-long friends, learn to appreciate things like Rappa Scrapple, realize that the beaches are even nicer in the off-season, and gradually earn the moniker of a “from-here.”
He also had a lot of great opportunities to share powerful tales here that you’ve trusted me with, some of which have earned an Emmy nomination and three Edward R. Murrow Regional Awards. Sadur grew up just outside of Washington, D.C., and attended Montgomery College for two years to pursue his dream of being a professional baseball player.
It led to a new dream for me! Making a living out of his passion for people and conversing with them. Sadur did this by driving up I-95 to Baltimore and finishing my education at Towson University. I earned a bachelor’s degree in new media and journalism and worked for a newspaper for a year before he came to Delmarva in 2015 when 47 ABC chose to offer a wide-eyed child a chance to be their anchor.
