Mike Galanos Biography
Mike Galanosis an American journalist, he is currently working at HLN as a news anchor. Galanos appears on the Morning Express with Robin Meade. He joined the network in May 2002. Prior to working at the station, he spent the years 1991 to 1994 as the weekend sports anchor on KTVN-TV in Reno, Nevada.

Prior to Erica Hill being made the main anchor, he co-anchored Prime News. Galanos returned to the program as Hill’s replacement in early 2008 after she was transferred to CNN’s Anderson Cooper 360.

While delivering the news during the program, Galanos frequently shares his viewpoint on the subjects and the perspectives of others, according to his detractors. Galanos typically supports fairly conventional ideals, particularly when it comes to safeguarding children.
‘Prime News’ host Mike Galanos stopped doing so on August 16, 2010. Mr. Galanos himself made this announcement on the Prime News Facebook page. He is still broadcast on HLN from 12 to 4 p.m. Vinnie Politan, a former prosecutor and host of TruTV’s In Session, has replaced Mr. Galanos on Prime News.
